We accept orders online and by phone around the clock.

Self pickup

You can get your order in one of the «europharma» pharmacies in your city, after confirming the order by the manager of the Internet pharmacy. Also the manager will inform you the time and address of the point of self- pickup.

The procedure of the return and exchange of goods

You can refuse the delivered goods and payment in the following cases:
• the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones
• the goods are damaged due to a violation of package integrity

The goods can be returned only at the time of delivery, while the customer pays the delivery cost. Drugs and medical products are not subject to exchange and return on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights" article 30.
